Dr. Spaulding serves as an adjunct faculty member at Nazarene Bible College and Fuller Theological Seminary in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  She is ordained in the Church of the Nazarene and teaches Bible and Theology courses for Wesleyan institutions around the world, particularly in Africa. She also conducts discipleship conferences for church leaders, seeking to deepen Christian transformation through a better understanding of identity and reconciliation issues.
