Kiyeong completed his Ph.D. studies at Nazarene Theological College under the supervision of Dr Geordan Hammond and Dr Kenneth Collins. He currently serves as administrator and researcher of the Institute for Wesleyan Theology at Seoul Theological University in Korea. His thesis compares and contrasts the theologies of Martin Luther and John Wesley, focusing on their views of the law. This thesis has been published as The Theologies of the Law in Martin Luther and John Wesley (Emeth Press, 2014).
